Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "y9990", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the y9990 platform, its operators, owners, and affiliated entities responsible for operating the website at y9990.org.
• "Platform" means the y9990 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, arcade games, and the MT Live section.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on the Platform through which a User accesses all y9990 services.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated balance held within a User's Account, comprising deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, or other incentive provided by y9990 to Users, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games or markets before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by y9990 prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by y9990's compliance obligations.
• "Prohibited User" means any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms, including persons under the age of 21.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the y9990 Platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform — you irrevocably confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and y9990.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

y9990 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via their registered email address or a notice displayed upon next login. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the y9990 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. y9990 strictly enforces this age requirement. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as Users.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of y9990, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the y9990 Platform or from any other licensed gaming platform due to fraudulent activity, abuse, or terms violations.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. y9990 may require documentary evidence to verify any information provided.

y9990 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing reasons. Registration does not guarantee continued access to the Platform.

Account Management

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only on the y9990 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. y9990 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify y9990's customer support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. y9990 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation upon receipt of such a notification.

Account balances displayed in your y9990 Wallet are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). y9990 does not charge maintenance fees on dormant Accounts; however, Accounts that remain inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative review process, during which y9990 will contact you using your registered contact details.

Deposits & Withdrawals

y9990 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and retail cash deposit channels. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. y9990 does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which y9990 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. y9990 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day, subject to verification status and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

• Withdrawals of bonus funds are only permitted once applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.
• y9990 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal of any amount.
• Chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or reversal requests initiated against y9990 will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.
• y9990 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

All transactions on the Platform are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. y9990 does not store full payment card details on its servers.

Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the y9990 Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. y9990 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances of manifest error, as determined by y9990 at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game, y9990 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the User's Wallet.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, Pakistan national team matches, and international fixtures — are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each event. In-play bet settlement is based on official match data. Abandoned or suspended matches follow the applicable sport-specific settlement rules published on the Platform.
• Live casino games operated by third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live) are subject to those providers' game rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of conflict, y9990's Terms shall govern the commercial relationship between y9990 and the User.
• Slot and arcade game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by game providers and are available on request.
• y9990 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits, daily deposit limits, or game-specific restrictions on any Account at any time, including for responsible gaming purposes or risk management reasons.

y9990 operates on the principle of fair play. Any behaviour that y9990 reasonably considers to be an attempt to gain an unfair advantage — including but not limited to arbitrage betting patterns, abuse of pricing errors, or coordinated group betting — may result in bet cancellation, bonus forfeiture, and Account suspension.

Bonuses & Promotions

y9990 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. Where no specific terms are stated, the following general rules apply:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance within your Wallet and must be wagered the stated number of times before any portion can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games or markets as specified in the promotion details. Use of bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise by y9990. Opting into a new bonus while another remains active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value until wagering requirements are met, and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• y9990 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Users will be notified of material changes to active bonuses.
• Systematic abuse of bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, coordinated group play, or exploitation of promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential permanent Account closure.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y9990 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's identity or credentials to access the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or interfere with Platform operations in any way.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Users or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform in connection with match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing y9990 staff or other Users through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

y9990 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies. Funds associated with confirmed fraudulent activity are subject to forfeiture without compensation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the y9990 Platform — including but not limited to the y9990 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of y9990 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without y9990's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of y9990's intellectual property — including scraping, mirroring, framing, or republishing Platform content — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y9990 and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes, whether resulting from skill, chance, or system decisions.
• Service interruptions, downtime, technical errors, or loss of data caused by factors within or outside y9990's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
• Any reliance placed by you on information, statistics, or content displayed on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. y9990 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. y9990's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

Responsible Gaming

y9990 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Wallet.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

Suspension & Termination

y9990 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring y9990 to restrict access to certain Users or jurisdictions.

Upon termination for cause, y9990 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances, pending bonus awards, and winnings derived from bonus play where the termination arises from fraudulent or prohibited conduct. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the User following the completion of any applicable investigation, subject to KYC verification.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting y9990 customer support. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed to the User's verified payment method within a standard processing timeframe.

Amendments

y9990 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, y9990 will notify registered Users via their registered email address or through a prominent notice displayed upon login, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or urgent operational necessity.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law standards under which y9990 operates its licensing framework.

y9990 operates under international licensing standards and applies industry-accepted compliance frameworks. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall limit y9990's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in respect of any actual or threatened breach of these Terms.
